We do ship all over the world by standard shipping with priority mail(non traceable) insured express mail or forwarding agent are shipping methods on request.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The shipment will be done after 3 working days from the payment receipt (except different communication), you will receive a confirmation mail at the moment of shipment, delivery time may be different depending on the place to be reached.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SHIPMENT CHARGES ?
Safe packing of products and shipment. Who buys outside the Italian country is responsible for every possible import tax.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
ILLUSTRATIONS:
Currently every illustration present in the e-shop is printed after every order confirmation and receipt of payment, with printing certification in limited edition for the number of multiples indicated in the description of each work.
Accurate descriptions of supports and inks used as well as of the work itself allow the whole comprehension of each displayed work, therefore usually for art prints returns are not accepted.

T-SHIRTS:
We accept returns sent within 8 working days from the article receipt, you will receive a replacement with another item or a token of the same value.
The resturn request must be done within 3 days from the product receipt writing an e-mail to [email protected] specifying the reason of your request and if you wish to receive a replacement or a token.
Returns will be accepted only if sent back in the same parcel package in which they have been delivered, with their label and never wore.
We won’t accept used items that show damaging signs or which are unclean and therefore can’t no more be considered untouched.
Shipment expenses will be charged to the buyer.
ACCESSORIES:
Graphic pins ,Sleeping masks and Illustrated cards are handmade products fulfilled after each order confirmation , except from particular limited edition series already present in small quantity, accurate descriptions including sizes and used materials allow the whole comprehension of each accessory, therefore we usally don’t accept returns.

EXCEPTIONS:
In case you received a product which is different from the one you have ordered please don’t hesitate to contact me writing an e-mail to [email protected]
I’ll arrange the replacement and also shipment will be at my expenses.
We are not responsible for eventual damages or losses undergone during the shipment, we’ll be ready to cooperate in order to track the parcel and for giving informations about the employed forwarding agent.

Si accettano resi spediti entro 8 giorni lavorativi dal momento della ricezione del capo,
riceverete un cambio con un altro articolo od un buono di acquisto dello stesso valore.

richiesta e se desiderate un cambio oppure un buono.
I resi verranno accettati solamente se consegnati nella confezione di imballo con la
quale sono stati spediti,presenti di cartellino e mai indossati.

sporcizia e che di conseguenza non possano più ritenersi integri.
Le spese di spedizione sono a carico di chi compra.
